In what ways have you improved since last session?

 I have quit smoking cigars completely.  I started again on a big fishing trip, but I listened to my CD and stopped smoking immediately.

In what ways have you improved since last session?

 My tastes have changed.  I didn’t want to finish a brownie the other day.  I’m never really hungry and I’m not going to that unhealthy cafeteria.  I’m eating a lot more fruits and vegetables.  I’m also still not drinking any soda.  I think this is a huge impact on my weight loss.
