two weeks I have lost 10 1/2 pounds. I know it is due to
hypnosis. I have been able to stop snacking, to stop eating

My
tastes have changed. I didn’t want to
finish a brownie the other day. I’m
never really hungry and I’m not going to that unhealthy cafeteria. I’m eating a lot more fruits and
